General Guidelines

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of merchandise receipt for a RMA Number. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Halloween Exclusion Dates: All orders placed between October 10th and November 3rd are considered FINAL SALE, NO Returns.


  • If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is not requested within 30 days
  • Of merchandise receipt the return will not be accepted. Once a RMA is issued the item must be postmarked within 5 days.
  • Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. If the item is not in new condition (any dog/cat hair or from a smoking household) a refund will not be issued. Do not send your item back to us if your item was worn in any other way than to try it on. We will refuse the return and you will not be credited.

We do not accept returns on the following

  • Lingerie & Hosiery
  • Wigs, Fangs/Teeth, Masks, Make-up, Jewelry, or Weapons
  • Special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of the same item

Processing a Return

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a RMA Number. You may do this by going to the item in your purchase history and start the return request there.
  • When you are preparing to ship your item(s) back to us, please include a copy of your return merchandise authorization (RMA) inside the box.
  • Your package must be post-marked within 5 days of our issuing you a RMA Number. Packages post-marked after 5 days will be denied and you will not be credited.
  • Once we receive the package, your items will go through an inspection. When your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the account used to make the original purchase.
  • Returns generally take up to a week to process; however, they can take up to three weeks during our busy season in September/October/November/December.


We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive, and return any unwanted items.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are calculated based on 15% of the full amount of the merchandise. Tax and shipping & handling fees are not included. You will be charged a restocking fee if:

  1. You are returning an item
  2. Your package was refused or undeliverable
